The Mid Wales Regional Skills Partnership (RSP) is one of four regional partnerships in Wales working to drive investment in skills by developing responses based upon local and regional need. We work across the counties of Ceredigion and Powys, taking close consideration of the priorities of the Growing Mid Wales Partnership.
As a primarily employer-led partnership, we strive to work across the region bridging the gap between education and regeneration in the hope of creating a strong and vibrant economy underpinned by innovation, growth and a capable workforce.

Employment and Skills Plan Update 2024
Since the launch of the Mid Wales Regional Skills Partnership (RSP) Employment and Skills Plan 2022-2025 in 2023, the RSP has had a productive year, focusing on priorities and making progress in Powys and Ceredigion. Reflecting on this period, the RSP's work with new business-led cluster groups has greatly impacted the skills agenda, providing a clearer understanding of the region. Labour market intelligence and qualitative data have led to significant changes in the Mid Wales economy, showing higher growth predictions than initially expected.
